Gpu load always 100%

My gpu is running at 100% load, will the life of my computer degrade if it is kept at this percent for multiple days? My temp is 63 Celsius which is about double my idle temp.

If you are actually using the GPU and it's not some mining malware, no it will not hurt your PC/GPU in any way. The temperatures are okay and GPUs are made to run at their base clocks for a lot of years.
