No matter what I have tried my cpu usage is constantly locked at 98-99% constantly, even when my pc is idle just sitting with task manager open. Ive uninstalled ryzen master and rebooted multiple times, cleared cmos, loaded defaults in bios and the issue wont go away. Is there anything i can do? Is formatting the onlly solution or is there some bug im missing cuz theres little to nothing on all the forums ive visited.
