Hello I just built a new computer a few days ago but when I turn it on I get no signal on my monitor thus I can't access the BIOS. All the lights of the led ez debug are on (mb: psi b350m gaming pro). Only my keyboard works not the mouse Yet when I bench test the computer and hook it up to the same monitor I can access the BIOS with only the Boot light coming on the ez debug light. Is there something wrong with my case? Also both keyboard and mouse work when it is bench tested.

CPU: Ryzen 1500x
GPU: Gtx 1060 3gb
MB: MSI B350m gaming pro
Case: miditower deepcool tesseract sw (red led)
PSU: EVGA 450 Bronze+
HDD: 4 year old Seagate 750 gb
RAM: Patriot Viper Elite 8GB
Edit: Also I can't power off the computer from the power button.
