Hello, about 2 years ago I built a computer that was fast to me at the time. However, now any games I go to play I have to put on medium/low settings or I get less than 30 fps which I despise.
As the title states atm I have 70 bucks (USD) to buy an upgrade.
Here are my current system specs:

AMD FX 6200 - 3.80GHz
EVGA 750ti FTW ACX 2.0
32GB DDR3 1600MHz Ram
256GB Kingston SSD (Boot)
256GB Western Digital Caviar Blue HDD
ENERMAX OSTROG Red Case
Thermaltake TR2 500W PSU

I believe that is all, I am not looking into changing out the case since
I'd have to take everything out & reinstall it, mostly hardware I'm looking into

Some games/applications I play/use:
-Beam.NG Drive
-Minecraft
-Would like GTA soon
All of these barely even run:
-Hitfilm Express 4
-Blender (rendering application)
-Paint.NET

I was looking at either a watercooler, cpu or gpu mostly.

Water Cooler: https://goo.gl/uU4NhJ

Should I buy one of these, or something totally else? Thanks.

EDIT: I forgot to add that I have a Hyper 212 EVO in the machine also.

I also suggest saving for awhile. Your budget just isn't going to get you an increase in gaming performance. You may be able to get by with a GPU upgrade with your current CPU, but 70$ won't be enough to get something worth while. A 1050 Ti perhaps?

Yes, its a 990fx asrock extreme6 mobo I believe, and my current processor can sometimes go up to 45 degrees Celsius when editing/ playing games. At idle its around 25-32 Celsius
