My friend is buying a new GPU he wants to play battlefield 1 , GTA 5 & CSGO .He is in a tight budget so he cannot buy a new CPU so Will AMD (ATI) Phenom II X2 555 Bottleneck Zotac GTX 1050 mini ??

I disagree. That processor was and remains slow compared to same gen Intel chips. Get a used i5-2500k, they run cheap, and you'd be way ahead of the 255 or b55 (if you get lucky with the hack).

Comparing the 955 with a 2500k (note the 955 is 100mhz per core faster than the b55, both are slow)

I saw a 750ti (older, slower cousin) bottleneck on a 955 system.

You are talking about $180 in games. Use that money and your video card money to get a PC worth playing on.
