Is my processor and gpu running overwatch like it's supposed to?

My pc is running an i5 7600k and an msi 1070 gaming x with a 1080p 144hz monitor. I'm playing overwatch and on low setting I'm only getting around 80-100 fps but I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to be getting much, much higher. Can anyone explain?
