Choosing an upgrade graphics card

Presently, I'm running an on-board Radeon 3000 series (RS780L).

Although I'm far from being a power gamer, I do have a couple of games I like to run that are a bit more demanding and the card struggles to put and good gaming experience, so I'm on the market to get an upgrade.

At the moment, I'm undecided between going for a new, out of the shelf card, or go to the used market.

On the used market, I'm have these, for under €15:
ASUS EAX1650PRO
ASUS EAH2600PRO

On the new market, I'm looking at these, for under €35,00:
XFX Radeon HD5450 1GB DDR3
ASUS GeForce GT210 Silent V2 LP 1GB DDR3

I also have an old NVIDIA GeForce 6600 LE (never used) laying around but I'm not really considering it because I don't see my system gaining anything from having this card installed..

I am a Linux user on a daily basis, so my needs for graphics hardware are a lot lower than the average Windows user and even when I boot to my Windows, most the games I run are from the early 2000's (Commandos, S2 & S3, Neverwinter Nights); Kingdom Rush gets the occasional spin. The most recent are 0A.D., Minetest and Unknown Horizons.

I intend to start purchasing components to assemble a new system still this year but I don't won't to leave this one to collect dust as it is still very much functional.
