Hi,
I’m an avid gamer and i want to which processor to get. Currently I’m an running a AMDfx 6300
GeForce GTX 960 4gb turbo
And a AMD only motherboard. I’ve been looking at the i7 processors and can’t determine which one to get. I know that the 4790k is older, but I recently bought 16gb ddr3 ram for my current setup and will feel kinda bad for wasting it. For some reason this processor is more expensive than the 7700k, but will prob be a cheaper purchase. If I bought the 7700k I would have to buy ddr4 ,a new motherboard(same with the 4700k), and it might be more expensive. So I want to upgrade my cpu and I want it to be future proof for years to come. Which one should I go with as I could probably afford either onebecause Christmas is just around the corner. Also, should I consider upgrading my graphics card?
