No video, inconsistent power up.

After installing windows and GPU updates, I performed the standard reboot. The system shutdown and now I get no video when powering up. Also, powering up is not consistent. Everything will come on but there anywhere between 1-20sec. it will power off, then power on itself. This sometime will repeat several times, other times it will happen once then the system will just sit there. Still no video. The troubleshooting steps I have undertaken thus far are:

Switch video out from DVI to HDMI
Removed one, then the other video card. Tried each one independently for video. No onboard video or third working video card to try...yet.
Removed, reseated RAM. Tried using 1 DIMM pair only as well.
Tried two different monitors
CMOS Reset

Not sure where to go from here. I am hoping to find a known working video card to try tomorrow.

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Turns out my BIOS was corrupt. Fortunately the MSI X99 Godlike Gaming MB has a secondary BIOS. I flipped the switch to the backup BIOS and everything came up. Now I will just need to re-flash the corrupt BIOS and upgrade the backup and all should be good.

----UPDATE----
I flashed the corrupt BIOS per instructions and then attempted to boot from it. No go. Secondary BIOS still running strong...for now.
