Well the first thing that should be addressed. Op, do you need to include a monitor, mouse/keyboard and Windows 10 in the budget. If so you will probably need to look not at the 500-600 dollar build guides to leave enough for a nice monitor, and Windows 10.

Most likely will be playing Battlegrounds, League of Legends and Rocket League. As of now I have not picked out a monitor.
