Hello Guys,
My 1 month old build (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cxMqFd) is causing stutter and FPS drops in all games. I have been playing CS:GO, Overwatch and PUBG and observed these massive stutters in all games. I am attaching the graphs from HWMonitor which can show these drops. I tried reinstalling the drivers but that didnt work.
I have eliminated that ram isnt the issue as the health check results are good, same case for CPU and hard drives. Unigine Heaven bench mark result for GPU is around 4400 but also observed the fps drops and stutters during the benchmark.
CPU temp and GPU temp under max load is 55C and 70C respectively.
Things I have observed during the stutters:
1. GPU Load/Utilization, GPU bus interface, GPU Frame buffer drop to 0 and return back normal (check graphs)
2. CPU temps increase +10C during these stutters
3. All CPU cores were running at normal clockspeed but there was a massive drop in clock speed of all cores at one instance of stutter.
Things to try:
1. Perform clean install of OS.
