How to make a two motherboard system "one computer"

I want to build a mining rig with 24 750ti's, which would require 2 ASRock h110 pro btc+ motherboards. How will I be able to connect the two so that they run as one computer? Will I need 2 cpus?

You need two cpus, and can set them to work together by setting up something like BAMT. BAMT will allow you to remotely control and monitor them.

No, you can't do that.
And yes, each motherboard would require its own CPU.
