I assume from your question you want to know which slots the RAM should take up:

You should put the 2 RAM sticks on the 1st and 3rd slots (starting from the side near the CPU socket). If your CPU cooler doesn't let you put the RAM in the 1st slot, then put them in the 2nd and 4th slots. This will enable dual-channel memory.
