Pity that $40 extra for the Z270 had not been spent on the 7700K clocked 500 MHz faster... 
Yes, he cant clock his cpu but $40 wouldn't be sufficient for a cooler for 7700K and also he would still not have a Z270 mobo, so like just its more a pity that he didnt eat for those $40.
