I want to buy new psu as my old psu is very bad it's intex 450w smps but the problem is that I am not able to find same dimensions psu so plz suggest a budget psu with same dimensions (I am from India) my budget is around $45

Physical dimensions are standardized so all for instance ATX power supplys are same size and will fit in all standard ATX cases. Only different ones may be in case of Brand name, ready made computers or micro ATX computer cases.
Without knowing your system nobody can tell you what may be compatible.
