New GPU (RX 560) spinning but not working when I attempt to use it

I recently bought a 560 (never installed GPU before& I got it to connect & spin but whenever I start up I get a black screen. If I connect to the IGP & the GPU is in, it tells me to switch back & restart...

I've manually installed every driver I can. & in the BIOS (Optuplex 3010) there seems to be no option to change to PCI-E (if that's the issue)

Make sure you have connected any 8-pin or 6-pin power cables direct from the PSU to the new graphics card (examine the card for any 8 or 6-pin connectors).

Also check BIOS settings -- you may need to change graphics adapter option from integrated to PCIe.

Note:
If you want to use integrated graphics you must first remove the PCIe graphics card. The iGPU is automatically disabled when a PCI/PCIe slot contains a graphics card. This is to avoid driver & resource conflicts.
