Blocking domains on Android shared wifi network

Hi everyone, I'm doing an experiment consisting un conecting a tablet to my movile phone. Ok until here, the next thing is blocking an ip conection in this portable wifi network. So here comes the problem, I can't find a way to do this last step, can anyone help me whit this? Thanks everyone for tour help.

You would need a firewall app. Unless they changed something in android you need root access to really do this. There are so called no root firewalls but they do not work when you are using hotspot or tethered.....this maybe changed but a couple years ago it way still a limitation.

I was looking for apps but don't found much so I was expecting someone that could help me round here as I know that Android is a plataform were almost everything is possible and probably someone could have heard about something like this. My proposed with this are just curiosity and testing connections and blocking ip directions for tablets joining my custom wifi network on my phone. Thanks for your help.
