I have electricity running all through my case. I get a shock when I touch the power button, the tempered glass screws, the fan grills, etc etc etc. What can I do? Please HELP.

Yes, i would strongly recommend you speak to them. Risking a possible electric shock from a damaged PSU SHOULD be a top priority to them! Lay it on thick to them.
Good luck, and let us know how you get on!

Check that there isn't a cable that has become trapped somewhere in the case, or under the MOBO, or worse a screw that has pierced the outer casing of a cable. Make sure also there is no part of the MOBO touching the case, under where it is mounted. Also make sure the PSU is earthed correctly inside the box - it should be if you have never had it open though.

When i received my order, I noticed that a small corner of the PSU is chipped, but since it was just a corner, I installed it. Is that the problem?

Hi
This sounds like your case is not grounded.
Make sure your PC is plugged in with a 3 pin plug,if it is you may need to get the grounding checked in your house.
The highest voltage outside of the power supply is 12 V which is doubtful you would even feel if there was a fault never mind giving you a shock.

So the ACTUAL PSU is visibly damaged? How long ago did you order this PSU? Personally i would speak to the company you bought it from and explain this to them. The power only comes from the PSU, so if you have checked the integrity of the wiring and nothing is amiss, then i would concentrate on the PSU being internally damaged. Voltage running free around the PC case is not good, you need to get the PSU checked ASAP. I personally would not use the PC until this is sorted.
