Hi, Thanks in advance for everyone thats gonna bother to reply :)

I Want to build my first pc and im totally new to this, so im gonna ask here if something is wrong...

CPU : Intel i7 7700 3.6 ghz
Graphics :
Asus GeForce ROG STRIX-GTX1070-8G
PSU : EVGA SuperNOVA G2 PSU 650W
RAM :
Corsair CMK16GX4M2A2400C16 Vengeance DDR4 2400 Mhz (2x8 Gb)
Motherboard :
MSI Z270 Gaming M3 (Im getting this in case I ever switch to an overclockable cpu)
CPU cooling :
CRYORIG H7
Case : Corsair Spec alpha
Storage : a western digital 1tb and a kingston ssd 240Gb

My concerns are into the spec alpha case... I like it but I've read some bad reviews reporting various problems with the internal space so im unsure about that, also not sure about the PSU either

Thanks again :)

Tbh for editing stuffs, rysen r7 1700 or 1800 will be the best than Intel .It has lot more cores which is necessary for editing stuffs .8700k bench leaks shows its 45% faster than 7700k .wait for more benchmarks and decide b/w rysen and coffeelake

The PSU will do just fine. As for the case, I can't say, never used one myself. On a sidenote though, why are you buying an i7 7700 instead of the K-version? I mean, where I'm from they literally cost the same, you just get the benefit of overclockability. Plus, since you ARE sticking a beefier cooler on the processor than the stock Intel one, might as well go the extra step on the CPU if the prices are similar enough.

Thanks for the answer! As for the cpu, i choose the non overclockable one for the generally low temperatures and because almost everyone told me that i needed a water cooling instead of the air one. could this be the case?

for stock cooling, the h7 is more than sufficient. but wait, the 8700k is releasing on oct 5th. get the 8700k along with a z370 mobo lke the msi tomahawk z370 or asrock fatality.
go for 3000/3200 mhz rams and u r fine.
i hope that the kingston ssd is a hyper x fury. if so, its a good buy. the spec alphs indeed requires some patience to ork around. its not the most user friendly case, thats all.
the psu is a good one. no worries there.
although, i would advice u to get a scythe mugen 5 cooler instead of the h7.

Yes, water would be best in order to push Kaby Lake CPUs. You could also go with a bit more high end Air-Coolers, like for ex. the Noctua NH-D14 (or the newer NH-D15), the bequet dark rock PRO 3 or the Cryorig R1, although they are a fair bit more expensive, so if you can get them on like sale, that would be great. Otherwise, if you just don't feel like getting your hands dirty at this time, just stick with your original choices and you'll be golden.

yeah and thats why i wanted the 7700 instead of his big brother, unfortunately the noctua coolers you mentioned are too big for my case :(

if i have the urge of upgrading my system i'll just change cpu and maybe i'll get into water cooling :D
