GPU fans loud

The fans in my gpu (Asus DirectCU II) are loud. The worst is one with a loud static buzz and the other with loud deep erratic noise. They can be heard through walls and is constant. Speedfan says the gpu is at the moment 34C.

Have you tried using Afterburner to make a custom fan curve, and what's your temperatures? Also the static buzz is coil whine. Its annoying and hella loud in some cards.

I have downloaded afterburner and tried to make a low fan curve. I don't understand computer basic, so kind of curve should I make? The temperatures are 36. The fanspeed is 32 % and 720 RPM. It is pretty loud. What can i do about coil whine?
