When starting my computer I get a CPU Fan Error, and after opening the setup with F1, I can see that my CPU fan is running at a very low speed, but it's slowly increasing at a steady pace. It keeps increasing until it reaches around 1000rpm. Then it remains stable, and I can restart my computer. Why is my CPU fan so slow to start?
