which is best in term of value and quiality?

It's hard to beat an Asus ROG board. But really, all those manufacturers are good. I have boards from all of them and never had an issue (yet). It would be hard for me to rank them in any particular order, but if I did... the ROG, the Fatality, the Gigabyte Gaming, and the Tomahawk would be the order I'd choose. Today, anyway.

More important is what features they have compared to what your needs are.
