Hi guys,
i asked this question on several forums and never got an answer so here we go again.
as the title says my pc is underperforming and it is messing with my head...
for example:
minecraft (with and without optifine)
cpu usage: 20% max (no cores maxed)
gpu usage: 13%
fps: 40 (no vsync or limits not in windows not in game not in control, and this goes for all of the games)
project cars:
cpu: 54 (no cores max)
gpu: 30/40%
fps: 40/60
and this goes for a lot of games but some games work fine
example:
CoD BO3:
gpu: 75%
cpu: 90/99%
fps 150/200
wildlands the same
now before i get the question temps or clocks...
temps:
gpu perfect
cpu perfect
clocks are good no problem with that
and the driver thingy
meanwhile windows has been reinstalled about 4 times even with a fresh ssd so no remaining old drivers
specs:
i7-4770
msi h97 gaming 3 mb
msi gtx 1080 gaming x
16gb ddr3 1600 mhz ram
samsung 750 evo 250 gb
2tb old mech hdd (to be replaced not the problem)
corsair mx750 80+ gold 750 watt psu
i really want to have a solution for this even if somebody know for sure and can explain in detail why. that my cpu is a bottleneck i am willing to replace it but not if its an answer "it is just the problem"
