Is it worth to save a few £ on Used - Very Good

So I'm looking to buy an air cooler for my FX 6300, because the stock one isn't that good at cooling and above all else is loud. I'm looking at the Cooler Master Hyper series, the 212x to be specific because it's a bit better and cheaper than the 212 EVO.

I also want to buy a tube of Arctic MX4 (together with some more stuff) but i'm short a few £, (will only get more money at the end of the month), but since it takes forever for it to ship to Latvia, i want to order ASAP.

My question is - Is it worth getting Used - Very Good on Amazons Warehouse Deals? Is there a chance that the heatsink might have bent fins? If so, which one should i go for? The descriptions vary from one to the other.

P.S. The thermal compound is for the Hyper 212x and an older system that doesnt have any thermal compound (so it doesn't run for more than a few seconds).
TL;DR - Used - Very Good worth it for a Hyper 212x?

The only risk is a 120mm fan is bad. You should have extra 120mm fans on your case. Wouldn't be as good a fan but should do in a pinch.
