first i have. AMD R5 1500x, 8gb ram, and Rx550 2gb. the issue is, i keep having games run at under 30fps. CSGO, Crysis 3, even Golf with friends. games that should run smothly. i have tried looking this issue up and found nothing. ive tried overclocking the GPU and that doesnt work. i made sure everything was updated as well. still, nothing. i keep getting the same fps. does anyone else know what could cause this?
