That build that the OP listed is very unbalenced. I would go for a ryzen 3 or i3 and a 1060 6GB instead. Even an i5 if you can afford it

no one asked the crucial question: what resolution and what frame rates are you expecting from the build?

personally i would recommend gtx 1060 3gb or rx 570 4gb for 1080p gaming as a minimum

what is your exact max budget?

as for processors, quad core ryzen seem to be the best bang for buck right now, or you can always look at the used market for a good i5/7. the Pentium, whilst ok for budget gaming, will restrict you when it comes to other games as it is only 2c/4t

would you plan to overclock? locked cpu's are in general cheaper and you can get the cheapest motherboard for that socket if not oc'ing

16gb ram is waaaaay more than the game overwatch requires, get 8gb to start and you can always add in the future (get 1 stick if there is only 2 dimm slots on the mobo)
