Amd fx 8320 shutdowns in 15 mins

Recently i added gtx 1060 n it keeps shutting down in 10-15 mins

If your GTX 1060 exhausts hot air in the case, then additional airflow should help. Does it shutdown if you remove the side panel and blow air towards the CPU/VRM area? You should use AMD Overdrive to check the more accurate thermal margins (distance to throttle). You have to determine if it shuts down because the CPU, the VRM or another component gets too hot.

Using a tower cooler with a 4+1 phase VRM is not an ideal solution; a top-down style cooler like the Wraith provides better cooling to the VRM.

How did you determine that's the issue? You didn't even check the thermal margins at full load. You may be correct because the GTX 1060 dumps hot air in the case, but improving airflow may prove to be a better solution. I'd be somewhat worried about the VRM that may get too hot (presuming that isn't the current issue).
