Nope. No thunderbolt port, no way to use an E-GPU.
An EGPU enclosure + PSU + GPU will cost you nearly as much as a whole new computer anyways.

You can use the m.2 which the wifi card is using. You can find some cheap m.2 to pcie x4 adapters for $15 and get a riser for $10. You have to keep the rear cover off though. You maybe need to confirm that the stand can still be connected.
