My Acer E1-531 just started having BSOD problem. Before that with a good battery too it used to switch off every 30 minutes, which is still going on.system restore option shows the laptop doesn't have disk images to an earlier time so it can't restore it to an earlier time. Start up repair shows I had recently installed some USB object which I should remove.I had a pendrive which I removed, but the problem is still going on. Start up repair also shows its repairing the PC which might take more than an hour. But while in the task it switches off in 30 minutes and I have to start again.before choosing start up repair I was able to run safe mode, now start up repair options appears even if I choose safe mode.so how to fix this ? Should I install OS again?if yes will the data be unharmed? Or only installing drivers enough? And most importantly how to install drivers as its inoperable now?.I haven't installed os before so how to?
