Im getting a new ryzen cpu 1600 with a asus prime x370 pro mobo , im keeping my Crucial white ballistix 2400mhz ddr4 , will i be able to oc them to atleast 2800? Or will i get a lot less frames bcoz of the lower frequencies?

This are the ram that im currently using, i saw some vidoes how peopel oco them to 3200 mhz.
I cant buy new ram coz of my budget plus the prices for ram are way to high anyways.
