Can someone advise, these RGB memory for AMD is good or not? these only AMD RGB memory i can found here

Yes, if you want to be sure, pick some memory on that list.
Yes, you can pick any memory regardless of CPU but it would be best to keep the CPU in mind when choosing. At least where you have the option of CPU offerings with different memory controller speeds.

For example, some AM3+ boards will support older Phenom CPUs as well as newer FX CPUs. You could get memory that's 'rated' for a Phenom CPU (1333Mhz DDR3), and it would work fine when using an FX chip. However, you would get the best performance if you get memory that is 'rated' for an FX CPU instead (at least 1866Mhz DDR3) when using the FX chip.

Of course, I'm just talking about the mfg guaranteed memory controller speeds. I'm not taking OCing into account here.

When chosing RAM, i have to check the compatibility to Mobo or CPU?

Can i pick any memory listed to that Mobo's QVL? regardless any CPU i use?
