As Dunlop has said, I don't think there is any issue with your card but if you are really worried about it get some graphics card benchmarking software such as passmark and run the graphics benchmarks to stress test your card and see what the temperatures are like then. If they are above 85-90DegC then there might be an issue, but anything below that is fine.
