Please Lend me some help in Overclocking with this mobo (970A-DS3P rev.2 with AMD FX-8320E)

I know this mobo is bad but please help me overclocking with (AMD FX 8320E with 4GHZ boost) I want to overclock this CPU to the maximum boost and that is 4GHZ .Should i change the vcore ?
And also the advance core settings,what settings should i set?
I heard this mobo has a double boot problem when overclocking is there anything i can do to make it not happen?
NOTE: I HAVE THE ( FA BIOS VERSION)

It's not very best MB for overclocking 8 core but 4GHz should be easily attainable on it. Just set multiplier to 40x and CPU voltage to 1.5v and test for heat and stability with AMD Overdrive program.

Well, start with some number and increase or decrease as necessary following stability and temperatures. Every CPU and system is different to some extent and only by experimenting you'd be able to find out what it can do.

I have a FX 8350 and can barely hit any higher than 4.2Ghz.

Edit: Since then I have achieved a stable 4.4Ghz.
