Yes. For the most part, RAM is RAM. Timings + Speed would be the concern(s).

While you can achieve slightly faster speeds, as @vapour linked, performance-wise, the increase in Cass Latency is likely to offset the speed difference.

The 2133MHz CL11 Mushkin seems a good balance - and the black colour theme is likely to work with more builds than the red offering, if aesthetics have any bearing on your decision.
