PC Shuts Down Whilst Playing Games First 5-15mins In

PC Instantly Cuts Out Midgame then wont boot , have to wait 5 mins to turn back on.

I have spent the past 2 days trying to sort this I'm not very good with computers just know the basics.

Build
PSU: Corsair 800W
CPU: AMD FX-8320
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti
SSD: OCZ Vector 256GB
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB
RAM: Crucial BLS4G3D1609DS1S00. 4x4GB
MBD: Asus SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0

Info:
Recently changed GPU but was doing it with my old GPU
Recently Changed PSU Still Happening
Recently Added a Stick of RAM
In BIOS one of the fans is running high in the RED ZONE
Task Manager: Disk keeps going to 100%

In some real help sorting this much appreciated if you do.

I have just replaced the PSU with a brand new one , I used to have a water cooler but my computer started to to cut off all of a sudden I took the pc to the shop they took it off added a fan ...
does my pc need a water cooler you think?

Could you help me please? What do I have to do with the RAM , Reinstall? Add new Ram?
Ive ran the MSI After Burner Everything was running at reasonable temps 48-52max , Then boom cuts off again really need help on this.

Try running OCCT to stress test the CPU. The site looks junky but the stress test will max out the CPU. Plus you can read statistics.

Try running Unigine Valley at Max settings. I forget why I don't like the newer Superpostion. I think it was no longer free or required registration.

Did the problems start before or after you changed the PSU? Did the old PSU blow out?

About to do the OCCT Test and the problems were happening before I changed the PSU I thought that was the problem

PC Cut off doing that test does that mean the CPU has gone?
