Hello,

I just built my very first PC following a step by step video. I followed every step making sure it was all right. When I first booted up my PC everything turned on like normal (fans, LEDs, etc...) The problem is, is that when I plugged the HDMI cord to my monitor and my PC, the monitor doesn't respond. It just says no signal and puts me on a black screen. Also the keyboard and mouse aren't working either. They do not light up or work when plugged into any of the USB ports. I cannot access the BIOS making a lot of the answers I have seen useless. My keyboard, mouse, and monitor all work with my laptop, and other devices around my house. Any help would be great.
Thanks!

Solution
If you are sure 24pin and 8pin are tightly secured, CPU is correctly installed. But your mb will not beep without ram, very likely DOA MB...

I have a MSI B350M PRO-VDH. Already have done the 2 steps above.

Not sure if I did this right but with and without ran there was no beeping. I left the 24 pin power cord plugged in but took everything else out.
