Mobo shorted out not sure what to do now... maybe buy a new one and a new CPU?

My Mobo shorted out because some jumpers were jumped with god knows what. CPU SHOULD still be good. EVGA GTX 960 should still be good, 2 16GB DDR,3 sticks, a whatever Toshiba hard drive. problem is you can't get this MoBo anymore MSI A78m-E35.

I found the motherboard on eBay for about $50 bucks : http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/263173744162?chn=ps&dispItem=1

Otherwise you could get a new Motherboard, but the above option would be cheaper. The seller has a 100% feedback rating which is awesome.
