Looking for a new HTPC. So far these 3 are in my price range. Will these be fast enough to power Kodi running 4x 4TB HD's?

Preferably, I'd like to find a computer with at least 4x USB 3.0 Ports on the back, but that seems to be difficult to find in this price range.

Is there a big difference between the AMD A10-8700 and the AMD A8-7410?

Suggestions appreciated. I just want to be able to run Kodi blazing fast (no lag, stutter, video playback issues) with a huge library of content and 4x USB 3.0 ports preferably. Ability to emulate could be good too.

I honestly wouldn't qualify any of those as an HTPC. A real HTPC these days needs a much smaller profile case, like a Fractal Node 202, or a Silverstone Raven. You can probably build your own and get a much better system for the same money and have it fit an HTPC form factor.

Yeah, those PC's aren't particularly small, but the last time I bought something small, it wasn't powerful enough and I felt incredibly disappointed.
I also don't know how to build my own PC, so that's not something I'd want to do, and anyone else at a PC store would probably charge $80-100 to build.
Even if I was to build something myself, I'm not sure how I can buy what I need for $399 price tag..

Lenovo outlet will often have some good deals.
Here is one for a similar price.
I3-7100, GT730m, 6 usb3.0 ports, dvd

I'm kinda looking at no more than $399 CAD before taxes, unless It's worth it. Those Lenovo prices are in USD I assume?
Also, that model you linked only has 4 GB RAM. I'd feel a lot better with a minimum of 8 GB. I'm assuming the 6x USB 3.0 are on the back?
