Ultra low power PC?

Hi,
When I'm searching for low power pcs online, all I find are Celeron, Atom, and core i systems...
These systems are '6W' (or more) systems. The Celeron N3060 for instance, is averaging 6W, but has 35W peak.
The Atom N2800 has the same TDP rating of 6.5W, but generally doesn't consume over this amount like the celeron does.

I'm looking for something way, way lower in power consumption than that!

Something that can do basic computing, but for mobile use, in the likes of the Raspberry Pi Zero.
Just trying to see if I can get power consumption even lower than the Pi Zero.
Nothing that needs to go online, no browsing. Just coding basic, maybe MS DOS, maybe an old version of Windows 3.x (for nostalgia sake).
It may be used for running GB/GBA code natively on, or via emulation.
Possibly to read from (if I can connect an E-ink screen to it; if not, just a reflective LCD).

What computer systems exist below 1Watt, that run something different than Android/Linux?

Solution
Look for a Lenovo 100s.
It is a 14" laptop with minimum specs, but a very nice unit.
You should be able to buy one new for <$200. Used on ebay for less.

Hi,
I'm looking for way lower power consumption specs, of less common systems.

I went with a raspberry pi zero for now. The power consumption is about 10% of a netbook, and 1% of a laptop, which means nearly all day battery life on a single cell.
