Disclaimer: I know I did not handle this very well, but I'm desperate and need help.

A few days ago I was playing a few game of Overwatch with my friends. I generally keep a cup of water on my desk so when i get thirsty I don't have to get up. i got mad and jumped a little in my chair, causing my headphone cord to knock over the cup of water. I instantly picked it up and ran to get towels and stuff to clean it up. The cup was unfortunately sitting right over my gaming PC, which has holes in the top of the case for ventilation. When it spilled, the water went through those holes and inside the computer. I pulled it away from the wall to access it, and took of the side panel to begin to dry it. It was not a lot of water, maybe about a 1/2 cup (in measuring terms), but it felt like a lot. I dried stuff off inside the case (because I didn't have the tools necessary to take it apart). The water got on mostly the case itself, but it got a decent amount on my graphics card, and the top of my PSU (but I don't think water got inside). i dried everything to the best of my ability, very thoroughly, and tried everything off. Upon trying to turn the computer on, It wouldn't start. I tried it 5 or 6 times before giving up. I would have taken the parts out then, but my dad was mad at me, and this wouldn't have one over well, so I let it sit (I know I'm dumb, but can't change the past). After a day I came home and took it apart, and I let the components dry out of the case. I didn't see any damage to the parts themselves. After leaving it for 24 hours, I put everything back in the case and tried again to turn it on. I'm now here.
MY QUESTIONS:
1. Am I screwed/ what can I save?
2. How can I turn it on if I'm actually ok?
3. Should I take it apart again and let it dry for a week?

Thanks for helping me, much appreciated!!

I'm pretty sure turning on a computer while it's wet is one of the worst things you could do so the fact you attempted to turn the computer on multiple times while the computer components were wet may of caused some serious damage but I could easily be wrong.

1 dunno yet
2 don't
3 yes

remove the battery from the motherboard when drying.

first thing after a liquid spill is remove all power, unplug the power cord from the supply and then unplug the supply from the motherboard, then remove the battery. only then are all sources of power removed. the PSU can store power so unplug the motherboard.
