What do you want it for?
For gaming it´s a pretty good system, the only thing that most of the people will complain is the PSU, EVGA is not TERRIBLE, but it´s not a great PSU brand, SEASONIC, any model with the same wattage will be a better choice

Corsair PSUs are a step up from EVGA ones, still some will say that the lower tier lines are not very reliable, still, I own a CX-430 Corsair PSU (the cheapest line) and after 2.5 years of use (no demanding to be honest, my system draws "only" 120w TOPS from the wall), never had issues, and depending what Video card and Processor you would wanto to upgrade I really doubt you will draw from the wall more than 400w.
