I have updated my computer and my brother wants too so,my brother computer is intel core i3 4130 3.4GHz 4th gen.Processor,Gigabyte Ga-H81H-S2PV 4th gen.1150 socket motherboard,A DATA 4GB DDR3 1600 DESKTOP RAM,WESTERN DIGITAL WD10EZEX-00RKKA0 1TB SATA HDD,SAPPHIRE HD6450 2GB DDR3 PCI Express Card,500W POWER SUPPLY.

I'd add another 4gb 1600MHz and upgrade the GPU. That's all you really need...

I'd get the 1050ti over the 560. Higher fps and more VRAM. Definitley 1050ti. Even if the 560 has 4gb it still gives less fps than 1050ti.
