Is there a professional somewhere someone I can go to to have a small metal capacitor soldered back onto my GPU?

A small capacitor broke off my MSI GTX 980. I bought it used and the void warranty sticker wasn't on there when I got it, so I cant send it to MSI for repair (or can I?). While I was gaming a little piece of metal dropped from it and made a rattle in my case, I looked at the piece of metal and it looked like a capacitor that was on the back of the card but I checked the back of the card and couldn't find any spot where it might have fallen off of, so I took the card apart and there's a spot where it fell off right next the the V-RAM, I made sure it cam from there, the capacitor fits perfect into the spot that I suspect it fell from. The card still works fine but there's no way its going back in my case until that capacitor gets soldered back on. So is there anywhere I can go to have it professionally soldered back on? or will MSI do it for me?

Solution
If MSI will do it, contact their support. If there is a place around you to do it, check online or yellow pages, or ask around who knows a local computer repair shop. For warranty support, again check with MSI, some warranties allow transfer to a second owner, some don't. Also depends on if the card was registered for warranty in the first place.
