Fine temps and fine usage

Getting normal fps on benchmarks and other games

1080p

Updated nvidia drives
Did a clean install
Used Display Driver

HELP I don't know how to fix this

What is "low" fps, and on what settings? Did you compare what you get vs others with the same card, CPU and settings?
If this is the only game with the issue, did you check the support site and forums for the game?

Yeah the CPU is throttling 100 deg. C not even on 100% I need to replace the hsf thanks :)
