Hello
WHENEVER I start my PC [Windows 7] nothing comes but black screen (there's no power on keyboard). But mouse shows power
Sometimes it just restarts itself Like in 2 seconds again n again.
I don't know how to fix this n what's the actual prob because I checked out ram but ram is fine.
Note:-
Intel P dual -g620
Ram 4gb
Hdd-750
H61ml v2
450w PSU UMAX

This is a fairly old system so i cant guarantee anything but its clear you are not receiving video output and the USB controller isn't working. It also sounds like you may be stuck in a restart loop. If you are not getting the computer to POST at all then you need to first try a different monitor and a different display cable if you have one on hand to see if it is just a monitor issue. If you cant get your hands on a monitor many TVs will work for this purpose. If you get the system to boot up visibly then the problem was with the monitor or the cable. if not then i suspect it is either your motherboard power supply or CPU, if you have another power supply on-hand try switching over to that one first and see if it works with that.
