Hello all!

I upgraded my whole computer recently, just want to check if there are any tech savvy people here that might be able to help me.

New specs:

Corsair TX750M ATX 750W PSU

Intel LGA2066 Core i9-7920X

Corsair Hydro H100 Bulk without fans

ASUS LGA2066 ROG STRIX x299-E GAMING

Ballistix LT DDR4 2666M Hz 16GB DIMM 2x8 (2 of these)

MSI GeForce GTX1080ti Armor OC

So, my problem is, I have stress tested my cpu and memory, no problems. I have the latest drivers of everything, latest BIOS and I can't really think of more things to get the newest of.

If I go into MSconfig, boot tab and click on advanced options and tick the number of processors there and set it to whatever from 1 to 24 I can open and play my games just fine

But that also stops Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 from starting, claiming it is missing a driver, when it in fact is not.

the Intel Turbo thing only starts if I have that box unchecked, but I also get a blue screen of death upon opening a game.

I still get BSOD if I disable Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 and try to open a game.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this?
