basically i am looking at putting my computer in a loft space which is decked out and i am gonna run the cables to a room below in the walls and have female sockets for hdmi,usb and a power switch.
is there any downside to using long female and male cables to run too the room below e.g bad mouse lag/keyboard lag visual issues?
or will it run just as good as if i plugged a 2 meter cable from the monitor straight into the pc for example.
as i will then have a clean look , just monitors on a desk and no pc to be seen.
any suggestions or comments?
