Hi guys and girls, I'm here to ask if the Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO is a good cpu cooler for my i7 4770 and if its going to fit with my motherboard MSI H81-P33 will it touch the ram and is it going to fit in the Deepcool Tesseract bf

The TX3 is rated for 130w and your cpu is only 84w tdp so it will cool the cpu fine. Ram clearance shouldn't be a problem, especially if you have low profile memory. Your H81 motherboard is LGA 1150 which is compatible with the cpu cooler.
Max cpu cooler height for the Deepcool is 169mm and the cooler is only 136mm so it will fit in the case.
