Build me a new PC!

My budget is 1500-2000 GBP.
Also try and include Custom Water Cooling and a 1080 GPU!

Get the 8 core Ryzen with a 1080ti instead for gaming or work. Water cooling is overkill for the Ryzen as U12S can hit the max overclock of 4ghz. This or wait till the 5th and get the new i7 8700k 6 core coffee lake.
