Hey, so a few days back i got myselt a B350 Tomahawk mobo and Patriot Viper Elite 16GB 3200MHz RAMs, which are supported at this both size and frequency on the motherboard. The problem is that natively, it runs at 2133MHz, and even though I can up it to 3200, the motherboard preceives it as "Overclocking". Is that alright? Shouldn't it be running at these speeds by itself? If so, how can i make it so? I don't want to OC something to get its proper abilities.

Solution
Because it is overclocking. Base speed for DDR4 is 2133, and that speed is considered non-OC. Anything higher is considered OC. But true overclocking would be if you would be trying to push your ram above 3200 speed.
